Open it from Your videos and use Contact with the link. Wrong or broken plan videos reported within 7 days are given back.

Open it and press Share. Anyone with the link can watch; they can't see who made it. Stop sharing turns the link off.

Check your phone isn't on silent and the volume is up. Voices come from your device for now.

Account → Manage plan and payment. You keep your plan videos until the end of the period.

They usually appear within a minute. Reload Your videos or Account. Still missing after 10 minutes? Contact us with the email you paid with.

Your first plan payment can be refunded within 7 days if you used 10% of its videos or fewer, and an unused pack within 14 days. The full rules are in Refunds and cancellation at the bottom of the page. Contact us with the email you paid with; refunds go back to the same card.
