Refunds and cancellation

Never charged

Failed, refused or timed-out videos are never counted.

A wrong or broken video

Report a plan video within 7 days and we give it back after a review.

Packs

Packs are no longer sold. A pack bought earlier and not used at all can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Plans

Your first plan payment can be refunded within 7 days if you used 10% of its videos or fewer.

Cancel any time from Account → Manage plan. You keep your plan videos until the end of the period. Otherwise there are no partial refunds, unless the law requires them.

Deleting your account

Unused plan videos are not refunded when you delete your account.
